Food is awsome..Prices are great can't beat it anywere in Carnduff...highly recommend. ..

These igloo's were the worst thing you could have ever imagined staying in. Our room only consisted of 2 towels, no towel rack & yet there was 3 people in the room. We got a DOUBLE ROOM but were charged an extra $10 because they had a 3rd person in the room. There was HAIR on the SOAP and one went to wash their face with the face cloth there was HAIR on the cloth as well. There was puke stains on the carpet, and the AC looked like it hadn't be cleaned in years and was full of what looked to be black mold and mildo. The screen of the window was ripped open and the window was open letting anything that walked by have immediate access into that room if they wanted and was full of flies as they could get in and out of that window. This hotel was an absolute nightmare and should absolutely be torn down for health and safety reasons. I am absolutely contacting the Health and Safety board of directors and having them go to the Avonmore Hotel as that place should be shut down.Please take my review into serious consideration if you are ever needing to stay in Carnduff. You want to be able to sleep at night, not feel like you are in a horror movie with bed bugs crawling all over you.
this hotel has been run under new management and owners in 2014. the igloos have been renovated and rank along with any other motel chain.
